Behavior of custom Drawing Title

I am fiddling with a simple custom drawing title. Creation is simple and straightforward, however when placed on layout, the elements shift around. The base line shifts to the right and the title is place over the base of the drawing. Is there a way to control automatic placement and why does the baseline shift?

You should look at the parameter AC_DrawingRect for coordinates of the drawing so the title can be located relative to these coordinates. I think you will need to post more information about the code for help with the baseline shift.

In the code? have not cracked into that arena yet. Maybe a simple title is a good way to start.
