Help please! I'm working in Archicad 28, and all of the wall holes around the Ci Doors+Windows are glitching. I've uploaded images of before and after to show the issue. Archicad and Ci Tools are up to date; I've deleted and reinstalled everything multiple times. That seems to be the only way I can reset the project. It's a teamwork file, and multiple users are experiencing the same problem. We are able to fix the model for a few hours, and then the doors and windows glitch.
I exported a solo file to try to repair it while the model was still working properly, and in the middle of cleaning the file, the doors and windows glitched, again. I've contacted Graphisoft support, and they aren't able to reproduce the issue. I don't know if it's a library issue or something else. I'm losing my mind trying to figure out what's going on. If anyone has possible solutions, I would be so grateful.

Looks as if the WALLHOLE and WALLNICHE the the windows are using to cut the reveals is corrupting and reverting to a simple WALLHOLE... You do not get any notification in the reporter?

There is just a single wall and a single CI window object?
Does the same happen with Graphisoft windows?
You are probably better off contacting Central Innovation rather than Graphisoft as they are CI objects.

No, I am not getting any notification in the reporter related to the doors or windows.

Correct, there is just a single wall and a single CI door or window object.
No, this does not happen with Graphisoft windows.
I'm currently in contact with Central Innovation, and I have sent the model to their support team for help. They checked the file and are not able to replicate this issue on their end.

It looks to me as if the wallhole is sitting at the front of the wall.
Not matching the model of the frame.
That is why I was asking is it separate walls.
Or is it a complex profile wall?
If so have you set the opening reference line position in the profile?

The piece that you are pointing to is applied exterior trim, which is why it remains in place. It is aligned to the top of the brick mould.
Somehow, at the flat top windows and doors, the wall hole inset on all four sides. No parameters have changed; this just happened when we opened the model.

I have seen this in c/i before... I believe C/I's solution was to 'repair doors' (which I dont think actually does anything).
I remember fussing with the 'all parameters' until I got it to work. I did not document what setting I had to toggle or update though, so I'm just rambling unhelpfully, I guess.

it may been this one... but it's not actually making a difference in my current attempt to replicate the issue.
