Hi,
I found some on 3D warehouse:
1. this is high poly if you want that wavy look and you can model the pole with a column: https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/model/d1d82b9308c66589eaaf309bac37aa49/USA-FLAG
2. or this one (and you can convert it to morph and adjust the pole length to 25-30ft) - https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/model/ff6083e8-3964-42aa-bc9a-24ed5dd38991/Flag-USA
Or if you only need the 2D plane (no waviness in it) you can always import the US flag as an image and use that in the Picture library object, with no frame around it and correct proportion. And stick that on a pole.
If you need this to be in a very specific way (and have some time to waste on this) you can maybe try to do it in Blender and then import it easily as a .dae (collada) file.
hope this helps.

We had issues with our past flag pole getting bricked in one of the version upgrades, so we broke down and utilized param-o to create a flag pole, which allows us to adjust the height as needed.
the only issue is we can't swap out the flag texture and the flag doesn't scale together. You have to adjust the height and length independent of each other.
This is one of our more successful objects utilizing Param-O
