Parameter list style button 'U'

I haven't found an explanation to the in the screenshot red circled button.

The german tool tip gives a tip I don't understand. My last english prerelease gives no explanation. The german manual section (page 282ff) and the english manual (page 295 ff) do not know nothing about the new button. Or I haven't found.

So what does it mean and what can I do with it?

You're right, that is completely new, and I cannot find any reference to it in the GDL Manual.

Maybe it's just to give us all something to talk about???

Thank you for pointing out on this shortcoming of the documentation. We'll fix it in the online version soon.

The "U" letter stands for "unique parameter" here. If this button is checked for an additional parameter it's value will not be modified when you transfer parameter values from an other object with the new "Parameter Transfer Between Objects" function of AC9.
