staircase, how to turn off top step

how do i make it so the top step does not show, on stair L-shape 11, in archicad 13.

i've seen the tickbox for it before on other stairs but not this one

Really nice trick! To avoid SEO operations, you can modify the 3D script of the object like in the attached screenshot.
