I have these errors on two of my projects. Could someone explain me what they means?

The first 2 might be solved with a cleaning of preferences.
Number 3 and 4 are caused by duplicate libraries, clean them up via the library manager.

You may find you'll get better responses if you uploaded a screenshot in a jpg or similar format that shows up directly in your post. I personally wouldn't take the time to download and open a rar file. Too risky, time consuming and hard/impossible on an iPhone. Even PDF attachments are pushing the boundaries for me.
