2D Window Contents Disappearing With 3D

I'm working on a project I started in AC9 and have imported into 10, along with the Plotmaker file, and I'm running into an odd problem. Whenever I look at something in the 3D window and then try to go back to the 2D window, the entire 2D drawing has disappeared, and I can't figure out how to get it back.

Anyone have any idea what's going on here, and how to fix it?

TIA.

It sounds like it might be some kind of graphic card issue, especially since it was a problem before as well (same computer?). Other users have suggested downloading and installing the latest graphic card drivers. You might give that a try and see if it resolves any of the problems

Wendy,

The same problem was reported by many users of the Australian student version, and they pinpointed it to a penset problem. See

Try changing your penset, or going back to the 2D by using the preset view, not just F2. How to you go to 3D? via F3/F5 or by invoking a view?
