Hi there,
Is there any tool in archicad where I could align the edge of the wall to the grid line (refer to image).
Operating system used: Windows 11

if you select the wall and the grid, you could use the align Horizontal right command.
Edit -> Align -> Horizontal right
I hope this helps.

yes, by the way it's not a stretch. You don't stretch the wall up to the gridline ...
With "align" in archicad you move the objects to align each other, considering their bounding boxex.

The align command takes in consideration the closest point. The object will not align by rotating based on its bounding box but just move until it reaches the aligning line.

Yes but I feel like this process takes too long. Are there any shortcuts?

You can create custom keyboard shortcutsfor almost any command/tool you want.
The commands under the Edit menu are some of my most frequently used keyboard shortcuts, so I mapped them around the same area of my keyboard. To give you an idea of what's possible, here are some of the shortcuts I have been using for these commands for many years now:
| Command | KBS |
| Distribute Along X | [ |
| Distribute Along Y | ] |
| Distribute Special | \ |
| Align Horizontal Left | ⌥[ |
| Align Horizontal Right | ⌥] |
| Align Horizontal Center | ⌥\ |
| Special Align | ⇧| |
| Bring Forward | ⌃[ |
| Send Backward | ⌃] |
| Bring to Front | ⌃⇧[ |
| Send to Back | ⌃⇧] |
| Reset Default Order | ⌃⇧| |
