Simply making any edit of the complex profile results in the change except the in the wall dialog it still shows it as being linked to the upper storey. To correct it I havve to open the wall tool, change the storey to be linked and then change it back to the linked storey. Then it fixes to corrrect adjustment.
The anomoly occurs on multiple walls after 1 single complex profile has been edited.
