Your opinion is respected, but looking at the big fat list of basic features missing, and knowing how easy it is to program a GUI and knowing that all the effort in v9 has gone in Estimator+Constructor makes me think that v9 was a skipped version.

The whole version was the new feature. But it takes one to understandi think you are referring to version 8....version 9 was a more refined version 8 only.
