Was your previous registration a professional registration?
ArchiCAD 15 USA version is currently available only for US and Canada with professional registration (not student, teacher or school)
Just to figure out if this is a bug in the site or not.

Only AC 14 both Polish and international available.
Registered as a pro, have tried different e/m.

Nothing helps.

AC15 started shipping with the INT, USA and GER versions.
All other language versions are released in the coming months.
Your local reseller should be able to tell you when you can expect your localized version.
