JCovarrubias wrote:This is probably just an issue with Mac OSX and Safari but I wanted to call attention to it. When I click on the 'Related Files' link on the US Tech Resources Page, nothing happens. I have to right click on the link, select "Copy link to clipboard", then go to the Finder and use "Connect to server" and paste the link to get to the FTP server. When I browse the FTP files, almost all of them will disappear as I select them. How do I get to the files?

I'm not in front of my Mac at the moment to test this workaround, but try :
ftp://techsupport:h3lp2003@ftp.graphisoft.com
(public read-access to tech support FTP folders)
go to the "gs kb" folder and search for appropriate folders (662 and 663)
