Cannot use objects in goodies 27 (roof accesory object)

I have tried all the latest suggestions to use roof accessories: I uninstalled archicad 27  then I reinstalled it. Before starting archicad, I Installed goodies 27. Started archicad 27. Although the design extra tab/accessories/roof accessories appear correctly  on the design menu,  the roof accessory object is not loaded.

The roof accessories library does not appear

I have tried to load these library parts using Library manager without success. Program informs that these library parts are already loaded. Please help

There should be an 'Accessories Library 27' that you need to load, not the 'Goodies' folder. I believe you download the Accessories Library separately. The library should have installed as part of the Goodies Suite installation. On a Mac it is located in the program folder of Archicad 27, I assume this would be the same for windows.
