i read the archiguide online for linked objects and i'm still not getting it.

attached is a screen print of the results. i have turned off the grid and change the view from page break ( blue solid and broken lines don't show) to normal in excel before copy and paste.

but i still see the blue solid lines.

please help.

Did you save the file before copying?

Thanks Djorde..

what i discovered is to make sure the View is in Normal. But I am stillfiguring out how to have a 'good' width text without having it 'wrapped' when pasted on excel. any good rule?

I usually double click the columns to fit to text width, and keep one column and row "frame" around the area I need ampty, at the row height. I then copy all including the "frame". I usually paste into PlotMaker, don't remember when I pasted into ArchiCAD, as Linked object.

Mind you, these are normally tables. Yes, view should be in Normal.
