Yes.
1. Draw a closed boundary for the stair. (I like to use a Fill)
2. Within the boundary, draw a line of travel.
3. Select "Tools\Create Stair Using Selection" from the pull-down.
4. Edit as required in StairMaker.
5. Save as Stair object.
6. Place on plan.
