Cursor does not select wall corners when drawing zones

I have been drawing zones inside rooms and everything functioned as it should. However, I wonder if I may have inadvertently changed a setting because the cursor "suddenly" no longer selects room corners. There is now a small grey dot slightly removed from the cursor and the zone is drawn from this grey dot, not from the end point of the cursor. What did I do?

Sounds like you have turned Snap on. Just hit the 'S' key to toggle it on and off.

Also, if you use the Magic Wand (spacebar) you don't have to select rooms corner by corner. Just hold down the spacebar and click within the room.
