If I decrease the radius of the Wall then it cuts it.
Update2: It also cuts the Mesh.
Most probably what happened is it did not works at the time I tried it with the beta version back then, and they fixed it since. I am pretty happy about that.
Sorry guys for the false alarm.

You wrote " I realized the reason is that the Ramp is made using the TUBE command in GDL which does not generate a solid body, only the surfaces of the Ramp."
In my experience, the TUBE command has generated a solid body since
at least as far back as AC 6.5. I have heard other people say that it only
generates a surface. So, as I said, TUBE generates a solid body for me.
Is it different for you ?
Thanks,
Peter Devlin

This is an out-of-control metaphor.
Anything in a computer is only a bunch of stooged-up surfaces.
Don't be fooled just because when you cut something in Archicad, the surface/edge codes are instructed to skin the void. And these surfaces only face out since their back faces are "culled."
Proof: Put a camera inside something you think is "solid." A wall, say.
It becomes invisible from inside. Not a solid at all.
It's a trick!

Of course it's a trick. I was using the term "solid" in the parlance of
Archicad same as Laszlo was. So, using the Archicad meaning of the term,
I was asking Laszlo if his TUBE commands were generating only a surface
and therefor could not participate as an operator in a SEO.

Indeed we are square on that !
I have to wonder about your "proof"
What would the camera see if the
wall were "solid" ?

Trick question!
You can't fool me!
black.
That's all a broken camera would show after you smashed it into a wall that WAS solid!
