I have an existing exterior wall and and and existing roof and I want to demolish half of my roof and show a new roof with a different slope. Do I build a new exterior walls at these gap?

You could add a new wall to fill in the gap, but you may have issues getting it to trim properly.
Or it may work just fine.
If not then mark that wall as 'to be demolished' and and then add a new wall.
If that is one tall wall at the end, you may want to split it half way up so you only demolish and replace the top part.

SEO should clean it up fine if it does not trip properly.

I model how it's built, that's the advantage of renovation filters.

Model as you build.
If you have to build a new wall then model a new wall.

As suggested already, a framer will have to build a new stud wall from the sill plate to the rafter so show the wall area under the shed roof as demo. If a triangular wall was to be inserted into the wall above the existing, this would create a weak hinge. Cool thing with Archicad is that you are digitally building the project.
