Ghost element intersection in Zones

Hi, I really need help about this issue.

I have a Zone that features three cuts (I see them in 3d, not in plan view, and they affect the volume in Schedules) of apparently three elements. If I move the Zone the cuts stay there - just like there are some other independent element acting. However, I can't find them in any layer, any design option, and renovation filter. I also tried to move the Zone layer priority to another number hoping to bypass, but no. Also, no SEO is active. There must be some "ghost" element doing this..? Ideas?

Probably columns - they can be in any storey, can be SEO'ed to nothing...

What I'd do:

- 3D-window

- all layers visible, intersection number set to 0

- all storeys visible

- column tool, CTRL-A select all

- switch off unselected layers

> investigate further

When you find said columns, you can change their Relation to Zones setting if they need to be within the zone.
