Not applicable
If I try to inserting a big image (40MB jpg or 125 MB tif) in Archicad 10 is not visible how can I resolve the problem
If I try the same in Archicad 9 all its OK.
I work currently in Archicad 10

I don't know of any. Only the image size limitations mentioned earlier.
Thanks mate - I wasn't aware of any either. Although the wiki article did finish with this:

Alternatively: make sure your file (JPG, PNG) is not larger than 1 MB

Cheers,

Maybe it is some kind of a limitation based on experience: when the JPG/PNG is 1 MB (compressed), then it is really 10-30 MB of data, which may be getting hard for ArchiCAD to handle. Just like when you scan a huge map and place if as a Figure on the Floor Plan. Then it slows down the program.
Just guessing, of course.
