Thanks David,
With all the new features in the last couple versions I tried to restart my templates from the ArchiCAD default ones when I just recently started using AC20. I now realize that they have hidden many features that I have turned on over the years. In it's default settings I have found the program to be almost unusable and have been busy turning things back on and re-opening some basic palettes. Now it looks like I need to go through the Info boxes as well.
The interface change and this type of experience has really driven home to me how scattered and disjointed AC's settings system has become. I wish they had fixed that instead of the icons. Maybe AC22.
This does not absolve the fact that even with those settings now turned on in the work environment they do not show up in either the Plan and Section Sub-Panel of the Info Box or the Floor plan and Section Panel in the Roof Settings Box. IMO everything should always be on and visible in the Settings Box. I have attached an image.
