Finally the Merge Columns command is working in 28.
The thing is that even with two simple orthogonal columns are merged,
they do not stay in place but they move. Also the shape is changed and the initial perimeter of the two overlapping columns is altered?
Merging is supposed not to change the shape or the position.
Check also the video. Can anyone confirm this?
