Morph Pet Palette not showing push-pull or extrude edges

The whole morph pet palette doesn't show up when selecting the morph.

Trying to extrude this single morph + move it up and connect it to the morph below to create a roof.

Extrude the curved surface? I was under the impression that it would only allow you to extrude individual flat faces... Could you offset a copy down, fill in the edges then merge them all?

Do you have hidden morph geometry turned on?

This will limit what you see in the pet palette.
