In ArchiCAD 11 you could sort of make the shape with a slanted profiled beam (custom profiles). I say sort of, because the actual profile cut of such a roof isn't the same shape extruded.
It's not an easy thing to model.
This approach would require quite a bit of solid element operators to cut the 'roof' to the shape needed.

Number 1 & 2 you make with the roof tool. The trick is getting the slop direction correct, try with it 45 deg relative to the x,y,z planes.
Number 3, in the skylights there is an eyebrow dormer which is the shape you want.
