License Delivery maintenance is expected to occur on Saturday, November 30, between 8 AM and 11 AM CET. This may cause a short 3-hours outage in which license-related tasks: license key upload, download, update, SSA validation, access to the license pool and Graphisoft ID authentication may not function properly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Dear ArchiCAD-Talkers,

We have released Hotfix 1112 for ArchiCAD 11 INT version. It applies to Commercial, Trial and Educational licenses. Before installing the Hotfix, please take a moment to read the Release Notes!
To download the Hotfix, please use "Check for updates..." command in Help menu.

Important note for MAC users: We don't recommend upgrading your system to MAC OS 10.5 due to a problem of the WIBU Server Software version 5.20 on MAC OS 10.5. We will make the new WIBU Server Software available as soon as it passes the QC test.

Due to a virus warning I had TrendMicro fix some "problems".
Since then I cannot access anything but the PDF files through the help menu in ArchiCAD 11. Nothing happens or I get this message "cannot find html file or viewer". This means that I cannot check for updates anymore. I have tried to reinstall. And to run the Hotfix (1114) downloaded from another PC. And to copy the entire ArchiCAD 11 folder from another PC where it works. Nothing helps.
Someone, please help me. I want to update.

If your reinstall worked, your problem is outside of Archicad. I'm a mac user, but I guess fixing the HTML viewer means reinstalling Internet Explorer. Try doing that. If that doesn't work, maybe another Web browser like Firefox? Then, for PDF viewing, re-install Adobe Reader. Both need to be set as default viewers for HTML and PDF respectively.
Then, re-install Archicad again. This should re-establish the links between them.

If none of this helps, I'm out of ideas. Re-install Windows perhaps?

In any case, get rid of your shitty antivirus program. There is a good German free alternative, called Antivir, if you can't afford a professional solution like F-secure.

Your firewall is not allowing Archicad to access the Web.

Another antivirus free for personal use that I can say does no harm is Avast.
