Not sure if the the subject line is accurate....
Thought I have seen somewhere about saving the entire Archicad file including the worksheets linked files. How do I do that ?

Do you want to embed the content of external files placed as Drawings?
You can do that in the Drawing Manager Palette available through the button at the upper left corner of the Navigator.
In the Drawing Manager you have to select the Drawing in the list and use the Break Link button at the top of the Palette.
