Save a 3d view to 2d

It "used to be" that the 3d window could be saved as 2d lines with the 'save as' command. AC9 does not give me that option. Is there a way to save the view as an editable 2d drawing?

Hi Patrick.
If you use your marquee, the 2D version of it, in the 3D window and the do a ctrl c you will get up a dialog that will ask you how you want to copy the view.

Note: you should switch over to the internal engine, if you use the openGL engine. If you have the openGL active it won't work.

HTH.
Cheers.
