I would like to do a fly through to show the client their proposed building. I have set the cameras and everything is fine. The problem is that when the fly through is saved as a quicktime movie it is all over in a matter of seconds .... it is like we are flying around the building in a jet fighter.
What is your walking speed and the distance you have to cover? That will give you the time needed. You can hardly walk around the house in 10 seconds
Multiply the time in seconds by the frames per second you want - minimum 15 maximum 24 - and you will get the number of frames needed.
In your path, there is a setting for the number of frames between the cameras. Mind you, you should have cameras at each important point (e.g. entering the living room, starting up the stairs, etc). The total number of the frames should be as calculated above. If not, add more cameras to taste.
You can also increase the lenght of the movie by specifying that you should hold at certain cameras for a specified number of seconds.
