Wall junction issue with different height walls

amitchristian

when low height wall is passing through end of full height walls.
Wall end junction graphics does not show correct cut pen for full height wall. Please review attached screenshot with plan and 3D view.

We have to split the low height wall at each junction to resolve this. Is this known issue?

You can try display order function to bring forward the high height wall above the low one,

Or to increase junction order value for the high wall height.

I hope that helps.

I don't have Archicad right now to try it, but you could try to change the Layer intersection of the low wall layer. I think it should work

I downloaded your file & tried my two tricks but no way, only the way @filipsuggested is the right one.

Place the Reference Line of the low height walls to the other side.

Loving Archicad since 1995

thanks

yes, we have manually tweak elements for reference line or split walls at junctions.

But there should not be requirement for any such manual adjustment. Archicad should show clean graphics as default settings with cut walls showing correct cut pen.
