I am currently building a 3D model of Olgiati's Paspels School, here is the detail of the exterior wall + window: any idea how to do it in 3D? My idea is to divide the detail into 4 different walls (as in the second jpg) and combine them as to let the insulation combine. Is there a better way to do it? How would you go about it? I am currently teaching myself BIM, so bear with me for my convolute thinking 😅
Thanks

wall + empty opening
wall + window
slab/roof at top and bottom
alternatively, there are bay window objects that may do this all in one window part

I didn't experience a wall like this before but I'm sure a complex profiled wall can give you a great result,
Check this video it'll help you achieve it.

thanks Mahmoud, I will have a look at the video.
PS: The building is pretty interesting actually, you should have a look at the plans. It's a free-standing box that contains floors supported by interior partitions. Pretty clever!
