slab just lock in 300 mm and
where i cant find a way for change for change it in which tolbar plz

You must select the right structure (not fixed structure)

I think Archi User 77 is suggesting you use a regular fill, not a composite fill for section properties. A composite's thickness is not variable without modifying the composite itself.
