color of origin marker

Is there a way to get the origin marker to appear white?

I realize that the protocol for working in archicad has been using the white background color (i have tried this method but seem to always defer to black b/g because of eye strain) but it seems that previous version of Archicad supported an origin marker that automatically adjusted the color relative to the background screen color.

not logical but that worked out great - thanks
(black makes the origin white)
