funky roof display

Have come across a new problem. Roofs in 3D have suddenly become attached to a big red solid body; it must be the cutting body of the roof that is displayed for some reason.

I turned off each layer one by one until I isolated the problem and it is indeed the roofs. How can I get rid of them. I thought it might be overloaded graphics card as this model is 58 MB. Lots of little pieces to the guardrails and decorative brackets.

I rebooted the computer but it did not help. Any clues on how to solve this problem?

It is good for people like me that you have no lives. Of course, I have no life either as I'm working my fool head off way past quittin time. Oh the joys of working for oneself.

I was not familiar with the feature and was wondering what it did some time earlier in the evening. At the time and in the window I was in it did not appear to do much of anything.....live and learn.

Thanks all.

Tom.

But that is what it takes to learn [keep up with] a new skill AND try for those billable hours. You get behind on your Real Housewives of Albuquerque or whatever.
