help please: remove reference line direction arrow

some times a small thing makes you belive that you don't know anything about archicad , 3 days i'm trying to find the way to remove the arrow that shows the direction of wall and it even passe through doors, please advice me to remove this option

"Menu" -> "View" -> "On-Screen View Options" -> uncheck "Walls and Beams Reference Lines"

It won't print even if you do leave it on so it won't affect your output.

Anybody knows what Reference Line direction means? What for should I know which direction has a wall?

Generally it doesn't matter.
But one example I can think of is if you have one wall above another (or possible end to end) with the same surface material.
Sometimes the hatching or textures do not match because one wall was modelled left to right and the other right to left.
Change them to be the same and all will be fine.

A composite with multiple layers will 'flip' left or right depending on the direction you draw in, so unless your model is all one building material (unlikely), the direction matters.

Didn't really understand what you mean 'flip' left or right. Actually you can make the same structure with only difference is reference line direction:


Only thing I found is that building materials mapping to a wall depends on the reference line direction. Especially you can notice that with 'Align Texture to Wall Edges' option activated (Wall Settings -> Model).
