wall closure not working in projected display

Wall closure does not work when I turn the symbolic floorplan view in windows to projected view. Screenshots of the view are attached.
Also, how can I make the glass get represented by single line instead of two in floorplan. Pls help

There is a way to post many pictures in the same post. You might not want to do it but I can tell you how if you like.

Yes, I was trying to show you how you might communicate with pictures better so we can help you.

Like I said before, I am not sure what we are seeing is not as expected.
Projected and Symbolic should display differently. MVO might also be a factor?




That window is from the International Library which I don't have for version 20. So I a don't think I can be of any help. Sorry.

Line marked in blue shows plaster turns which i want.

Also, how to show single colored line for glass instead of two
It looks the same for me in Symbolic Cut and Projected
