Hi, in the past I have spent hours creating wish list items with screen shots and edited images to get the point across.
Many of these wishes had upvotes and replies.
I feel like these have been undermined by being archived and not transferred to the new Wishlist at the discretion of GS team. I don't want to go too deep into this topic as there's already a thread Transfer-of-acknowledged-wishes-to-the-new-wish-list I've moved on and started adding in my wish listed items into the new pool.
My problem is, I just spent hours re-creating these wish threads only to have them moderated and edited by staff.
What was the crime.
"You posted 7 wishes recently, and in each one, you
My intention was to alert people to my renewed wishlist items, all which were previously posted in the past but were starting again from scratch.
My thoughts were:
The moderator says it goes against policy. However I checked the guidelines and it says nothing of the sort.
Wishlist Guidelines does not state this, nor does Community Posting Guidelines
The Wishlist FAQ actually states the following, "Can I promote my wish on Graphisoft Community? A: Feel free to promote your wishes!"
**I added the links in this post because it wasn't against policy (Doesn't state anywhere that it's not allowed) but, Moderators again removed links from this thread to make a point and suit their narrative**

You left out a part from the FAQ:
"Feel free to promote your wishes! You can increase visibility by adding a link to your wish in your signature."
So, put those links in your signature. Then, if you are active on the forums, you will have many posts where people will see those links to your wishes.
Here is an example of user thesleepofreason who has several wish links in his signature:

Of course, because it's just an option of what you can do.
It's a new sentence. Doesn't say "Feel free to promote your wishes by putting them in your signature" or "Put you wishes in your signature if you want to promote them"

@Pato99, I found the first line in your signature to be quite applicable and funny too.

Hahahah I forgot about that! Too True!

100 votes over many years is probably due to the lack of visibility of anything on this forum. Unless you use saved shortcuts, even new posts in subs you are interested in are not very visible. The Wishlist being hidden under "Building Together" does not help either, even though that is the most valid place for it. Maybe if they got rid of the huge search banner, and all the Knowledge Base links on the side bar, there would be space for sub listings like you would find on any good forum.

And now we have two different UIs for the wishlist and the roadmap... I get that the community platform limits the possibilities but for anyone wanting to increase user engagement the current setup should be unacceptable.
Wishes should be organised under main development topics not just casually labeled.
Wishes should be discussed with replies not just commented.
Wishes should be rated, just as roadmap items, not just "liked".

In memory of the old polls, who's data feels like something that has been lost to the void, yet apparently has not.
