Finishes Schedules format

Hi!

I have achieved a finish schedule that looks like this (see pic), where i use zones and the zone labels for floor, wall, ceiling and skirting. I achieved this table through a tutorial, but i have 2 problems:

1. I cant seem to edit the "iskirtingCode", "ifloorCode", etc. I inserted them in a separate schedule, as per the tutorial, in order to reference to tha main schedule, but i cant seem to edit it in any of the schedules.

2. The way this schedule is set up is not my favorite, mainly because the text of the finish material keeps repeating everytime i have that same finish. Instead, i used to do in excel a table that looks like this (see 2nd pic), where i would have, for instance, "C01 - Wood floor 20mm, etc", and then, everytime this kind of finish would be present, it would me marked as a cross in each zone. Is this possible to do? The only way i see this happening is having "C01 - Wood Floor" as property in itself, and then the "option set be "True/False", but then every material finish would be a property in itself, seemd weird to me. Also it needed to be interactive.

Cheers,

Z

Only if i write them here, individuallly. But i would like to automate it, controlling it from the schedules..
