면적 is AREA
세대 is number of households
합계 is Sum
층 is Floor
1. The problem is that the area includes the area of each household per floor and the area of stairwells.
I want to get only the number of generations.
Is it possible?
2. Can you put the sum(합계) in front?
3. I want to express the traditional Korean area by multiplying the sum by 0.3025.
Is it possible?
Please understand that even Korean images are included for explanation.

Schedules can not do any calculations except for basic totals (adding the list of values).
To do any kind of calculation you need to use properties associated with the element via a classification, and then you can use expressions in the properties to do the calculations (such as fill or zone area multiplied by a constant (0.3025 in your case)).

1. What are you using to get the area from?
Zones, fills? - just don't include the stairwells.
2. Put the sum in front of what?
The sum (total) in a schedule is the summation of all values in a list and goes at the end of that list - it can't be moved.

1. I use zones.
To find the area of stair room 1 from the number of 4 households
You want to show only the number(4) of generations(households).
2. I want to put the character "sum" before the sum.

1. I am really not sure what you are after here.
By 'households' you mean unit or dwelling area?
Just have a zone for each dwelling but don't include the stair space?
maybe an image of a plan showing what you want could help?
2. The sum or total just shows the total - you can't add descriptive text (words or a title) to it.
It will also show the units of measurement (i.e. m²).

1. I'm trying to figure out the area of each floor.
It is made up of 5 houses and 1 staircase, but I want to express only the number of 5 houses (5).
: I don't think so. No matter how much you roll your head, 6 will come out.
2. I just wanted to put the letters Total in front.
: I understand that I can't.

The number of households is treated as a text, and the text of the sum and the sum of the number of households are also treated as text in the layout, which is the best I can do.
The problem is that there should be an empty space like the image above, but I can't create it.
