Using expression to list multiple zones of the same propertie value as 1 zone

Hi everyone,

Can anyone point me out how to resolve this? 
We use property to define the name of the apartments. For that purpose, the Interactive Schedule is working as it should, but now I was wondering if is it possible to create an expression formula  in properties where

5 zones that have value inside Property: "Apartment Unit 1" merge to show in the Interactive schedule as one big group? With this in IS, i could have the total number of apartments, instead of number of all zones
