BIMcloud warnings are getting out of control

here is a small sampling of the t/w warnings I have been trouble shooting the past week. This feels like something is broken... or theres something else at play here (my tinfoil hat is on pretty tight right now). And these are about 1/4-1/2 of what I've been sent:

@Patrick M I completely understand the frustration this is causing. Unfortunately, we haven't received a formal solution or a definitive workaround yet. Based on the support package and Fastlogger data, there are indications of a potentially damaged view. We are continuing to provide GSHQ with updated logs to help them isolate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible

@Davor P , yup, thats my experience. I keep my wheels squeaking, and maybe I'll go back to squeaking them in GSNA supports direction again.
For me, it's not even the crashes that are most rustrating. Although the "ok, who's saving a pln and copying sutff in, who's redoing their work, and who's local data do we keep" conversations are embarrassing, frustrating, and exhausting.

But I really do expect there is some deeper bug here. the number of "could not verify s/r" or "could not receive" warnings are so prolific... and just yesterday, we had a project that SEEMED to s/r for all 5 people in the project, but all 5 of us were seeing different local data. The BIMcloud manager was showing user X sent/recieved, User Y sent/received, and I sent and received; but just on 1 layout, we were all looking at something different. Sheet size was 24x36 for 2 of us, but didn't show hte same drawings placed, sheet size was 30x42 for another and didn't show any drawings. I (wrongfully) assumed 2 of us had a communication error, and cleared our prefs, took the file offline, and uploaded a new on from a pln. 
This morning ALL team members reported missing work from the new file AND from the original PLN that the BIMcloud had shown all users sent and left.

the number of ways in which AC is just not working for teamwork just seems to constantly grow; but not in any way that would indicate a common cause or trigger... I don't know how to even report a bug, outside a thread like this, showing every time it fails

Before you guys get your hopes up too high, because @Rubia Torres promises to look into it, let me remind you that we already had a Graphisoft employee promising to look into it and then went radio silent.

OK, I put in an email to my reseller and to graphisoft north america. I have 40+ projects and more than 200 people, and dozens are reporting that their send/recieve are either giving warnings, or WORSE, they are NOT giving warnings, but also not actually sending changes.
On top of GSHQ seeming to brush this off as a non-issue, Graphisoft North America Tech Support is apparently not answering their phones. They have an auto-reply that they are "all busy at this time" and "not taking voice mail". I have emailed, and only got an auto-response.

I'm more than a little P*$$3d at this time. My main client runs billions of dollars in projects a year... this isn't some little spec builder frustrated that he can't get his concrete quantities. This is likely millions of dollars in work, potentially lost clients, missed deadlines, and completely demoralized staff.

I understand this forum is not an official path to GS, or whatever. But I've tried all other avenues, and we are more than a little desperate. 
So when someone at GS in this forum says they are "looking into it", it holds little more hope than the canned email and voice mail responses from my local tech support. I don't need "looking into", I need SOLUTIONS.
