Hello,
I was going to install a new instance of BIMCloud Basic 2023.3 in order to migrate to AC27.
When starting the Installer I got this message:
Note that I have more than 20GB free.
What to do???

Questions:
Do you have any external drive?
If yes, can you unmount it while running the Archicad Installer?
Do you have any mounted dmg?
I think you mount the Archicad Installer dmg. So, please mount it, copy the Installer app from it to somewhere, then unmount the dmg and try to run the copied Archicad installer.
Do these steps help?

Unfortunately this is a known error of our Installer "engine".
In this case, you should restart the computer. After the Installer can be run, it will not show this error.

Any news on the question?
We cannot install Archicad 27 because of this pretty serious error!

In this case:
The installer should be run from the Terminal with this command:
…installer….app/Contents/MacOS/installbuilder.sh --debugtrace debug.txt
And step to the dialog, when Installer shows the error message about the disk space.
And the created debug.txt should be sent to us.
I can send it to the company, who the develop the Installer Maker "Engine".
They can examine this debug file.
