Archicad 21 CineRender Issue Warning! CineRender...

I can't seem to render using CineRender. Message in the photo says:

Warning! CineRender by Maxon add-on has unexpectedly quit. Archicad should be restarted.

any suggestions on how to fix this?

I have the same problem... i search solutions everywhere, but i found no solution.
I hope someone can help us...

Contact your reseller for support, this is not a tech support forum, rather an user forum.

While some people might know what to do, I think in your case it is unlikely, the last time I saw someone mention these errors, someone from Graphisoft requested them to contact them about system specs and supply error logs and such.

8 GB of RAM is very low for any kind of rendering though, but Out Of Memory errors ussually just results in a black render.
