IES Lights - bug?

Hi,
I'm struggling with IES lights. I think there's a bug in the IES light library part or in the cinerender engine.
I set my scene with different ies lights but what I note is that different photometries are rendered with the same power. Light distribution is correct but 70W or 2W - for example - are rendered with the same light intesity intensity.

Did anybody encounter this problem?
Is it a bug? Is there some magic setting for Archicad to process the image correctly?

I made a comparison with some spot light object.
What I noted is that the light intesity is correctly rendered with spot light while ies light are rendered in the same way despite different light intesity.

I think there's something wrong in the IES light object.

Ies lights are set with "use photometry data" and light intesity to 100%.
