Modelled in AC, except for the sofa. Sofa is made in Max. Rendered in Max with Vray. Almost no post-processing in Photoshop.
Post it here for two reasons:
1. I will be glad to hear your comments about it. I will especially value the critical ones.
2. Being only vaguely acquainted with LightWorks I would like a comparison with it. Is it possible to make such render in LightWorks? And better? If not, how close to it?
I would like to see LightWorks renders posted here, but not your first steps with it. That's there I stand.

Hi kliment,
I like this topic to develop so here are my coments:
- try to use human perspective: camera at 140-160cm, view angle 54-56 deg (sometimes it is better to show few chosen parts of the space with right proportions then distorted wholeness)
- some deco would be nice, makes the scene more interesting and shows the scale same time
- materials on barstools seats and walls has the same feeling - try to vary them
LW as it is in AC is just previous generation technology with basic raytracing and soft shadows - that's why it keeps amaze me with the results
I have reproduced your scene and rendered it using only WindowLights and SunObject.
Some facts:
- modeling, shaders and scene setup - whole afternoon
- render resolution: 2200x1353 reduced after
- render time: 34min on notebook
- light/shadow quality - 3/4
- no postwork
Not a perfect one, but a sensible effect in a sensible amount of time.
