Need URGENT help with Photorendering

My perspectives rendered beautifully and then suddenly started to render all the levels in my building instead of just the section that I've zoomed in and selected for the rendering process. What am I doing wrong? I've gone through all the settings but can't find where I might have turned an option on to render the entire selection in the 3D marque

It might help to know what version of ArchiCAD you are using, and what operating system. Is it not rendering what you see in the preview window?

Is it anything to do with the Render Safe Frame?
Have you turned that off?
