Is there a setting, other than the transparency toggle in the 3D window Settings, that controls transparency in a sketch render?

Can you give step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce it?
The guys at GS would probably be interested in it.

Procedure is pretty straight forward. Go to a saved 3D view with transparency turned off. Go to the render settings. I have a predefined sketch render style that I use so select that (I also tried a number of the predefined sketch ones as well with the same result), and set it rendering. A few seconds later, I have a render by the windows are all transparent in the render. They are still opaque in the 3D window view. They do render opaque if I use the CineRender engine rather than the Sketch render engine.
I will have to try in a different project to see if it is just this one, or if it is all of them. But that is probably tomorrow's activity.
