Edge shift in cuts

Hello.

Add function: shift of edges in cuts. 

Now I can shift the edge in floor plans, 3D, but not in cuts.

Yes - due to the lack of a good 3D construction plane functionality - 2D sections often are the most effective precise way to model.  Shouldn't be too hard for AC to keep track of which edge the section goes cuts - it can for example already keep track of the angle between a gridline and the section...
