What am I missing here? Why does Windows ArchiCAD have file name character limitation in a day and age where not one major program on the planet is still hobbled with holdovers from DOS? With all the power of the program, this is a silly limitation.
Yes it is a shame that there is a limitation on the lenghts of a file name but why would you want to name a file with more than 23 characters? I did rate this as important in any case.
