You could create an Interactive Schedule with the desired parameters, so they can be edited in one window rather than opening and closing the Settings dialog box. This schedule could be exported to other projects once it is created.
You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
