How to multiply the exposed surface area with a factor in Surface Schedule

Hello I am working with Tiles estimation. I got the Tiles area using the field name ( exposed surface area) . Now I need to multiply this area with some factors . (such as labor factor/ wastage factor / ...) How can I do this . Can anyone please help...

Importing Revit IFC in ArchiCAD, elements translated as object.
